Pinball Machine Buying Tips

I'm thinking about getting a pinball machine for our game room.
So I'm wondering about a few things:
- What are the best brands in terms of quality, reliability, and longevity?
- Where is the best place to find reviews of the specific pinball games? I don't want to buy one then realize it is not that fun.
- How long do these machine last? What kind of maintenance is required, and what if something breaks?
- Where are the best places to buy pinball machines?
Thanks for any help or other tips.

I am about to start collecting pinball machines since I am now at a point in my life where I'm part of the 1% and have extra cash to spend. My first purchase will be an Adam's Family Values machine.
OMFG that is an awesome game.

I don't know where you're located, but I believe there's a place on airline in Nola that sells a ton of them

Stern is the top maker now days. Place in Houston named Joystix sells them new plus refurbs older ones.
