Yep, something had to have happened in the locker room that split the team.

We've all heard the rumors that something went down before that game. Maybe he knew something. It sure as hell looked like the whole team would've rather been someplace else.

BAMA was already crowned champions that is until they lost to LSU. After that the media pushed hard to get bama in that game just a month later.

Im not surprised LSU wasnt up for that game.....

This kid is going to talk his way out of being drafted. Even with all of his other issues, a disinterest in playing would scare me the most as a GM.

Honestly, he was at one point the most amazing player I had ever seen at LSU and yet if I were a GM I probably just wouldn't take him in the first five rounds. Who needs the headache?

All I know is that as excited I wanted to be for that game (undefeated NC), it was flippin bama again.

FIFY. No LSU fans or LSU players wanted to play that game.

His level of honesty has crossed into stupidity. He needs to learn when enough is enough and just keep quiet

Everyone looking for an excuse for LSU getting mauled in that game points to something happening before the game. Makes no sense really. And everyone has denied anything happened. Just people looking for an excuse. Mathieu didn't want to play before they even got the day of the game according to this article.
