2002 Xpress Bass Boat Remodel

So i have a 2002 Xpress bass boat and the carpet is showing its age. I was looking to remove the old carpet and put down some nonskid 2 part paint/epoxy. Any Suggestions? Im considering the Interlux paints from West Marine.
I have researched the Durabak stuff and the reviews are 50/50. Also, I have looked into the line-x for marine application and that is $2k after i remove carpet and glue. New carpet is $1800 (want to avoid carpet again and im not a carpet man so i dont think i want to try it myself)

Pics! I want to see how much repair this boat needs so I can feel better about selling my last boat and never buying another.

Me and a buddy did carpet ourselves in his boat about a year ago and it came out great. Took about 3 weekends total for removal, prepping and putting new down. But you have to want the carpet again to do that.
Dont know much about the nonskid but i think it really looks good in bass boats. Almost got an aluminum just for that reason.

Only pic i have of the boat as it is still new to me. Its kind of far away so its hard to tell but the carpet is almost wearing through and discoloring in some areas. I am re painting the seen alumnium and wanted to make it look good with some new flooring

For $1800, i would have to at least TRY to do the carpet, but if you dont mind dropping that much, by all means...

I rather not have carpet bc i do a lot of red and speck fishing, also the paint/epoxy looks a lot better and easier to clean
i can apply the paint for about $400 which blows everything else away but i want it to last.

$1800 for carpet = no way in hell. I would definitly do it myself. however; if i do anything myself i would be much better at the paint which is cheaper and looks better. Im only wondering if anyone has any first hand experience with something simialer

Hydroturf FTW!
i looked into this also, im just not sure on if it can be applied to the entire surface without seeing a bunch of seams. Also with the compartments if they will close bc of the tolerances.

You will just have to measure your floor and see if you can cover it with one sheet. The top and back decks should not be a problem.

dark carpet gets hot and hell
im not putting carpet back in, as of now my first choice is a 2 part nonskid paint and second would be the hydro turf. I cant find pictures of the hydroturf in the application besides flooring only, not how i would be using it.
i want to see it over floor hatches and how it is connect from the sides to the flooring/decks

im removing ALL carpet so the turf would need to cover the entire boat (hatches and sides) im trying to see how to do that since it will not roll over edges, which the boat has a lot of. i dont want to boat looking like i cut a bunch of square mats and glued them to fit

F a bunch of covering the sides, just get the top and lids...
