She speaks very fast but makes some great observations and supplies some interesting facts, some of which I never knew. Great video in link. It's 16 minutes but only felt like 5.

I thought she would touch upon Mandarin Chicken, which if I recall correctly was started somewhere in the South(perhaps Missouri). Chinese restaurants up North don't feature the dish much in my experience. It's definitely Southern Chinese, but it ain't Hunan or Sichuan.

It is a bit of a stretch I know. But I gave them the benefit of the doubt since they joined the SEC.
