Would be a great pick. He's already ahead of schedule on his return. And even if he wasn't ready this season, let him sit behind Pierre Thomas, Mark Ingram, and Chris Ivory. Then, next year, let him take over as the starter. He'll already be the best running back on roster. You could release Mark Ingram and his 1st round pick salary and have more cap room (I would assume).

If Ingram doesn't produce more, this will happen even if Lattimore isn't here.
