Riot doesn't base nerfs off of solo queue almost ever anymore. Most nerfs are based around competitive play.

On a serious note, when is Riot going to stop using this "separate MMR" system among ranked and team builder?
At least 50% of the games I have played lately have multiple players at least high gold and high/low plat level.
I'm all about laning against them and learning, but for frick's sake, they are stomping on people in other lanes and it makes the game unplayable bc they get so damn fed before 10 mins.
It was 20-4 just now at 15 mins with a fed gragas, viktor and pantheon.
I don't care about this bull shite MMR system. If you are plat in ranked, it should translate over somehow in team builder or normals on rift. Stupid that it doesn't.
