...what is the pecking order for RB's we go after? Just wanted some opinions from the Recruiting followers. I'm starting to get concern especially with us not signing no RB's this class. Fournette has the feel of a Joe McKnight situation for me for some reason, like some other OOS school such as Florida State or Texas snags him.

Getting Racean Thomas would heal the sting a good bit if Fournette went out of state. In state Palelli would be a good pickup

That's not an "if" I want to think about.

that article is nothing special...of course he had fun, do you think a recruit would have a terrible time in Austin, Tx?

And while Fournette enjoyed the visit, he wasn't yet ready to award Texas one of his precious few officials.

No, I don't think this. I just thought it worthy of at least linking it for those that may not have seen it. I'm just interested in thoughts about our plan B at this point IF he goes elsewhere.

The article, if anything, looks good for us. He doesnt really say anything special about texas and does not even solidify the 5th official to them. And every recruit takes a picture in the teams jersey on a serious unofficial visit especially one of the red carpet variety for fournette. Per my sources (myself) he is coming to lsu. But seriously I see little chance he does not sign with us.

This. If you can't have fun on an official, you're doing it wrong.

I don't think the coaching staff would've taken 0 rbs in '13 unless they were 100% sure Fournette was all LSU

how, if any, does Camereon at OC change the way that LSU will recruit skill players?

for example: receiving RB like Ray Rice in Baltimore

Agreed, exactly the same. Especially how McKnight called Larry Porter 'fake' while Fournette views Frank Wilson as a father figure.
