Are you sure your topic shouldn't be Are You Drinking With Me Jesus?

Mannnnn. I'm cracking my first one open at 11 and wanted to start the thread because I haven't had a beer in 40 days.

I think you should still start one. Let this one die out to the 2nd page and start a new one. The OP only made this one b/c my comments in the why up so early thread on the OT.

I'm drinking bloodys till after lunch.

If you haven't had any beer on Sundays, it has been more than 40 days.

Lent really ends tomorrow.

Ha.

Catholics act on lent ending Holy Thursday.

I know it's not 40 days, but it's 40 days excluding Sundays, which are "cheat days" in laymen's terms. However, I do not practice cheat days.

Which is really lame. What kind of sacrifice is it if you can cheat on it on Sundays. That and how is seafood a sacrifice? It's a luxury these days. Only thing you sacrifice is a few extra dollars.
