Anyone know if there are LSU license plates for the state of Tennessee?

I have tried to find these as well.. They have every other team except LSU..

No they don't, I was looking earlier at the LSU Trademark site and I believe the only states that have them other than Louisiana are Texas, Georgia, and Mississippi

I used to live in Nashville for 7 yrs.in the 90's. I had a Tenn lic. plate for LSU . Maybe they discontinued after we beat them on JJ's last play fumble do over game.

Here's the list. It includes schools like Penn State, FSU, Bama, and Auburn, but no LSU. Seems like someone just needs to take some initiative and get us on the list.

No there are not. The LSU alumni group in Memphis has tried to get them. I can't remember the reason exactly, but certain number of people must petition the state to get them and they never got the total. Their webstite lsumemphis.org use to have something about it. I just checked and it's not there anymore.

I have a personalized tag that says " Go Tigs "... TN hasn't received enough requests to add LSU unfortunately.

I know this is a completely different state, but I was involved with getting a Barber Motorsports distinctive tag for Alabama. Here is the complete paperwork and procedures for the state of Alabama. I presume TN is very similar.

For a completely unique tag in AL you can get a lower class distinct tag (just a bare bones white plate with a decal of the orginazation) and apply your own decal in the decal spot. You can even get custom distinctive plates so you can essentially have it say what you want up to 5 characters and any decal you want. When i talked to LEO they just said it had to remain reflective ( couldnt paint entire tag)
