re: Favorite RHCP Album and Song

Blood Sugar Sex Magik is, in my opinion, one of the best albums ever made. It is one of those albums that literally every song kicks arse and would rock your socks off live.

My favorite song is either Breaking The Girl, Give It Away or Fight Like A Brave

I really prefer their earlier stuff. Pure punk/funk/rock I think RHCP is a fantastic fricking band.


ETA: Freaky Styley would be my second favorite album. That is a funky CD. Pretty sure George Clinton produced it.

Mine started with BSSM and I had that feeling but have come full circle to appreciate them again. However, I'm still not as receptive to their newer stuff as their first 4 albums.

I was first introduced to RHCP in middle school when I bought californication when it came out. I wore that CD slap out. Favorite album though I might give the edge to stadium arcadium, just so many great songs.

As for favorite song, they have too many to give a definitive favorite, it could change every day. Right now I've been liking Funky Monks and Righteous and the Wicked a lot.
