Fusion IO and OCZ Tech are both at pretty much historical lows but are the major players it seems like in flash storage. What reasons will they not rebound in the future?

The emergence of Samsung and Sandisk in the mainstream SSD market? Low margins on RAM?

Of the two, Fusion-io seems the better choice. From the little bit of research I've done, it looks like they're targeting datacenters and servers, whereas OCZ mainly targets consumers (slimmer margins). They are both competing with the likes of Intel, Samsung, and Toshiba, though, so take that for what it's worth.
