After doing some more research (skimming though really) I'm seeing his agent/people denying it and the FBI neither confirming or denying.

Like they were saying in the Klins thread though, where there's smoke there is usually fire. They could be projecting because of his reputation though.

I read in the paper yesterday that some other Russian oil billionaire that just lost a $50+ million lawsuit to Roman died in the USA a couple of days ago. Maybe they think Roman had him eliminated.

Boris Berezovsky died in London, so the US wouldn't have reason to pursue him as person of interest in regards to his death.

At least not unless the UK asked them to.
