I guess I shouldn't expect anything less from the LAT but some of the wording is inflammatory at the least.

That was the most inflammatory op-ed I've ever read. So gun enthusiast are on the same level as Timothy McVegh. That's total bull.

I do like having and shooting guns, but guns themselves are not why "patriots" are alarmed by what so-called liberals are trying to do.
That said, I personally don't know anybody who is ready to go to war with the Feds. Maybe I just don't travel in those circles.
