One of the "inside" posters on here is having what seems to be a minor heart surgery, but to me there's no such thing. Keep BDuhon55 in your thoughts/prayers today.
He should come out of this just fine from what I can tell, but I'm sure he'd appreciate the well wishes.

Now when you get back on your feet, do what Arian Foster did & go to an uncooked plant based lifestyle. It doesn't just reverse cardiovascular disease, but it will arrest or reverse ALL diseases, even cancer. (Go watch "Forks Over Knives" and "Food Matters")
Just local vegetables, fruits, nuts, beans, and some grains. No dairy. No meat. No cooking or steaming (except for the beans & grains). It may sound like a drastic change, but I tend to believe open heart surgery is arguably higher on the drastic list.
