I've seen a few projections showing us as a 6 seed, so is it safe to say we will make it in? Are any of you hearing any trickeling of information?

The longer the NCAA selection show goes, the less sure I am of an NIT bid.

This is a fun team to watch and they played hard throughout the season, would hate for them to not at least get the experience of a tourney. Possibly a few more games to watch our tigers would be great.

I'm not very confident, but then again, I'm not qualified in the slightest to give you a good answer here

No. 4 SEC teams aren't going to NIT.

Why not, 3 bubble teams plus LSU/Arkansas is more than reasonable. 4 got in last year

Yes. Alabama, Kentucky, Tennessee, and LSU get in. LSU gets in over Arkansas and Georgia.

If Trent Johnson's Tigers with a worse record were able to get in, we should also get in this year.

I'm leaning this way, Arkansas and UGA have better SEC records but LSU has better RPI

LSU beat Arkansas and Georgia recently and went further in the conference tournament.

The SEC being a 3 team league make it difficult to go to the NIT.

However, I am still hopeful!!

I dont think Georgia is even close to being in consideration without a winning record
