Site Hanging Up on Google Chrome

Yeah, I get this a lot too, with the lower left corner of my window saying

Waiting for pubads.g.doubleclick.net...

I mostly just chalked it up to me using an ancient laptop from 2007 with a shitload of windows open and too much memory clutter, but I'm pretty retarded when it comes to practical knowledge about technology apps, so take it for what it's worth.

I think I just need to get a new laptop.

Same thing here. I find myself refreshing a lot and not it's not even for an awesome thread.
