Louisiana Tax Refund

I know this has been discussed before so m not the only one dealing with it.
My return has been listed on the LA Refund site as received for roughly 3 weeks now but the website says "processing not yet complete". Given their issues this year with processing, how long can I expect it to take to receive my refund?

Mine has said that for 6 weeks.

I cant remember what the exact amount my refund is. Why is this needed to see when I gets mine?

Mine was still giving that message on the day the refund was put in my bank account. It's a bunch of amateurs running that department.
