When Javi and Rosicky both jumped into each other.

also, after every foul the Arsenal players started crying so you'll say Bayern was diving. They were time wasting after the fouls (mostly Robben) but 9/10 were legit fouls.

Their fans vs the Dortmund fans would be insane.

Mandzo and Giroud were both going down easy on challenges for long balls. You know, what every target forward does when he doesn't win it.

Giroud

Not really, unless you're referring to the time his knee got turned backwards?

Which is about the same as Mandzo going down to a knock on his head... from a ball.

ETA: just to be clear, I'm not in any way claiming that's why Bayern won, I just don't like it.

When Giroud acted like he tore his ACL, MCL, LCL and was back on the field within 2 minutes?

Jéremy Toulalan made it back to a big time match (guy has been injured forever).

Kudos. Trés magnifique (can´t find the declination accent, off my arse everyone).

One of the things I slightly dislike about soccer...cringed for 90 minutes through a 2-0 loss, but we're still moving on...could plainly see how much Bastian and Ribery were missed today.

Bayern played poorly, and caught a bad break with the slip on the first goal...honorable effort by Arsenal, but I guess that's why you play both matches.

Prost!

Yep. But, Arsenal missed Wilshere and Poldi as well. Great tie, between two clubs who actually run shite correctly and play to win.

Bayern played poorly and still had more possession and shots. Arsenal did very well finishing their chances and Robben still doesn't have a right foot.

not saying anything bad about Arsenal fwiw. Just saying it wasn't as bad as it seemed. Bayern just had moments of incompetence.

I'm glad that bayern have changed their transfer policy from poaching bundesliga talent to bringing in international talent. Of course I always want bayern to win the league, but competition is needed to ensure the club stays ambitious on a European level. A loss tonight would've definitely felt like LSU losing to Bama in BCSNCG. One unexpected performance to sour your mouth enough that the good fortunes are nearly forgotten. I've pretty much stated throughout the competition that I don't expect bayern to return or win, but that doesn't mean I'm down with giving up a bunch of goals at home.

The away goal differential. Arsenal won 2-0 at the Allianz. 3-3 in the actual score of the tie, but the 1/2 goal edge of away goals won it for Bayern. Both teams missed solid chances to add to their totals.
