Colts agreed to terms with OT Gosder Cherilus, formerly of the Lions.
This is presumably one of the "big announcements" owner Jim Irsay teased on Twitter. Cherilus was stout on the right side for the Lions last season, but is recovering from another knee operation. He's missed just four games in five years, however, and is a strong addition for the Colts' porous line provided he's healthy. This shouldn't be the last move the Colts make with the intention of keeping Andrew Luck upright more often in 2013.

I mentioned this on TV a minute ago… Sounds like #Titans TE Jared Cook is leaning towards the Rams over the Dolphins.

John McClain?@McClain_on_NFL Eagles want James Casey so bad they don't want to let him visit other teams. 15, including Texans, inquired about him.
damn. I knew he was underrated but 15 teams inquired? Damn.

I'm curious about Mallett to Tampa Bay. I've not been impressed with Freeman, but is it worth the risk of Mallett?
What are you talking about?

Santonio Holmes has agreed to a restructured contract for the 2013 season with the New York Jets.
Holmes missed most of last season with a Lisfranc foot injury.

The Browns and Buccaneers have expressed interest in trading for Ryan Mallett, per source, but a deal seems unlikely at the moment.

Free agent CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie is scheduling a visit with the Broncos. The interest here appears mutual. Rodgers-Cromartie could potentially be a steal for John Elway and the Broncos as he's just a couple years removed from having the look of a No. 1 corner.

Really like idea of Reggie Bush in DET. Good 1-2 punch w. LeShoure. Then If Ryan Broyles can stay healthy, this can be very explosive Off.

Pats would likely pick up Cassel if they traded Mallet

That kind of secondary would go far in the South.

I still think Revis winds up in Philly.

I think this was posted already, but...

Free agent DE Glenn Dorsey will visit the 49ers.
Fellow free agent DL Ricky Jean-Francois appears headed out of San Francisco, so Dorsey may be pegged as his replacement. He's a fine run defender, but we like the idea of Dorsey as a tackle in a 4-3 better.

I think Dorsey has proved he doesn't work well in a 3-4 but then again that would be the system to make him emerge as competent.
