Rather than have a bunch of threads on individual signings, maybe we can try to keep it all in one thread?

I'll get it started:

Ryan Fitzpatrick - Released
quote:

Bills released QB Ryan Fitzpatrick.
The move comes with a staggering $10 million-plus cap hit, but the Bills didn't see the point in moving forward with a player they had publicly lost faith in. Fitzpatrick has the ability to be one of the league's better backups, but proved time and again under Chan Gailey he didn't have what it takes to be a long-term starter, especially in terms of arm strength. He'll be a backup elsewhere in 2013.

Mike Wallace - Dolphins
quote:

Dolphins agreed to terms with WR Mike Wallace on a five-year, $65 million contract that includes $30 million guaranteed.

Paul Kruger - Browns
quote:

Browns agreed to terms with OLB Paul Kruger on a five-year, $40 million contract.
It's a generous haul for a four-year veteran with just 15.5 career sacks, but probably not what Kruger had in mind before the start of free agency. Kruger will line up opposite OLB Jabaal Sheard in new DC Ray Horton's attacking 3-4 defense. Kruger's signing leaves Cliff Avril as the lone remaining pass-rushing jewel on the open market.

Louis Vasquez - Broncos

quote:

Broncos signed OG Louis Vasquez to a four-year, $23.5 million contract.
The deal includes $13M guaranteed. The Chargers claimed that retaining Vasquez was a priority, but they never proved it with a contract offer. San Diego let the second-best guard available hit the market and he signed with a division rival. A top-13 overall guard last season according to Pro Football Focus, the 6'5/335 Vasquez is especially effective as a pass blocker. He'll be as asset in the Broncos' quest to keep Peyton Manning upright.

Chase Daniel - Chiefs
quote:

Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter
Chiefs reached agreement in principle on three-year deal with former Saints QB Chase Daniel, who played at Missouri.

Delanie Walker - Titans

quote:

Titans agreed to terms with TE Delanie Walker, formerly of the 49ers, on a four-year contract.

John Phillips
quote:

Chargers agreed to terms with TE John Phillips, formerly of the Cowboys, on a three-year contract.
Phillips is more of a pass catcher than a blocker, but has just 30 catches over 48 career games thanks to Jason Witten. He missed all of 2010 with a torn ACL. Redshirting behind Antonio Gates, Phillips won't make a fantasy impact in 2013.

Andy Levitre - Titans
quote:

Titans agreed to terms with OG Andy Levitre on a five-year, $39 million contract.

Matellus Bennett - Bears
quote:

Bears agreed to terms with TE Martellus Bennett on a four-year contract.

Gosder Cherilus - Colts
quote:

Colts agreed to terms with OT Gosder Cherilus, formerly of the Lions.

Anthony Fasano - Chiefs
quote:

The Chiefs have reached an agreement with free agent tight end Anthony Fasano.

King Dunlap - Chargers
quote:

Chargers agreed to terms with OT King Dunlap, formerly of the Eagles.

Dannell Ellerbe - Dolphins
quote:

@RavensInsider: Ravens linebacker Dannell Ellerbe reaches agreement with Dolphins, per a league source with knowledge of deal"

Chris Clemons - Resigns with Dolphins
quote:

ProFootballTalk: S Chris Clemons re-signs with Dolphins, per league source. One-year deal.

Jared Cook - Rams
quote:

Cook signs 5 year deal with Rams - Ian Rapoport

Jerome Felton - Resigns with Vikings
quote:

#Vikings lock up @AdrianPeterson's bodyguard: FB Jerome Felton gets a 3-year, $7.5M deal to stay in Minnesota

Mike Devito - Chiefs
quote:

Chiefs signed DE Mike DeVito, formerly of the Jets, to a three-year, $12.6 million contract.
DeVito, 29 in June, is a one-dimensional run stopper who will replace Glenn Dorsey as a better fit for Kansas City's 3-4.

Chris Canty - Ravens
quote:

Ravens agreed to terms with DT Chris Canty, formerly of the Giants.

RT @AlbertBreer: Chris Canty gets $8M over 3 years, with $2.8M guarantee in Baltimore.

James Casey - Eagles
quote:

Eagles agreed to terms with TE/FB James Casey, formerly of the Texans, to a three-year, $14.5 million contract.

Philip Wheeler - Dolphins
quote:

#Raiders LB Philip Wheeler is on his way to the Miami #Dolphins. The deal has been agreed upon. Came right after 4 p.m.

Isaac Sopoago - Eagles
quote:

According to Adam Caplan of TheSidelineView.com, the Eagles have agreed with 49ers nose tackle Isaac Sopoaga as well as cornerback Bradley Fletcher.

Thanks to the collusion efforts of the other NFL teams spear-headed by Giants owner John Mara (no conflict of interest there), the Skins will not be participating in free agency this year.

And yes, I'm mad. The Redskins salary cap is $20M less than every other team because we violated a rule that didn't actually exist. I hope the Redskins (and Cowboys) win the suit and take your teams' money.

Titans making real solid moves. Levitre and Delani Walker will help out that offense big time.

Profootballtalk reports the Packers are the "leaders" for free agent Steven Jackson.
Normally, GM Ted Thompson doesn't shell out the cash for players on the wrong side of 30, but Jackson has expressed a desire to play with Aaron Rodgers and could be the missing piece to the offense. Jackson is certainly aiming to latch on with a contending team that has a murky running back situation.

I'm curious about Mallett to Tampa Bay. I've not been impressed with Freeman, but is it worth the risk of Mallett?
