Damn I was thinking of posting this topic yesterday. Some great bands if you don't know you need to.
Orange Goblin- great band, Frequencies from planet ten- great album. New album is good too
Lo Pan- Salvador- entire album is great.
Sasquatch- II great album and III is as well.
Datura- Visions for the celestial great album.
Arc of Ascent- If you like Datura you will like these guys, the album is Higher Key. Cosmic Eye is my jam.
You can't go wrong with these bands.

Queens of the Stone Age:
I think I lost my headache
Song for the deaf
Song for the dead
The Blood is love
Keep your eyes peeled
QOTSA is a great band IMO
I think some of their songs fit the genre. Homme has roots to it.

More along the lines of Doom Metal rather than Sludge but Solitude Aeturnus is a great band. If you like Crowbar you might like Kingdom of Sorrow, it has Kirk Windstein from Crowbar and Jamey Jasta from Hatebreed splitting vocal duties.
Solitude Aeturnus - Pain
Kingdom of Sorrow - God's Law In The Devil's Land
This one's just a classic
Crowbar - Existence Is Punishment
I've always loved this song too
Down - Stone The Crow

This isn't sludge and it may not fall into the category of "stoner rock" like bands similar to QOTSA.
However, nothing...I mean nothing...is more stoner metal than this:
Rosetta Stoned

Lol. You and that goddamn song again.
Don't get upset. I will calm you down with some orange slices and fetal spooning.
