I hate when career Steelers get released, but I agree with the move.

I'm guessing the Raiders take a shot at him.

If you can’t cheat ‘em, join ‘em. Or something.
Steelers linebacker James Harrison, who repeatedly has railed against the Patriots for cheating the Steelers out of the 2004 AFC title, is now willing to play for the team he has loved to hate.
“Of course it would be nice to play with Tom Brady,” Harrison told Josina Anderson of ESPN. “I mean who wouldn’t want to?“
To quote the immortal Manya: “You! You said so!“ “I should have another ring,” Harrison told Men’s Journal in 2011. “We were the best team in football in 2004, but the Patriots, who we beat during the regular season, stole our signals and picked up 90 percent of our blitzes [in the AFC title game]. They got busted for it later, but hey, they’re Goodell’s boys, so he slapped ‘em $500,000 and burned the tapes. Was he going to rescind their Super Bowls? Man, hell no!”
But, hey, unemployment has a way of changing minds and softening hearts.

The player rep for free agent OLB James Harrison says his client "would love" to play for the Saints.
Harrison's agent, Bill Parise, hasn't been shy about drumming up interest in his client through the media. He'd reportedly "love" to play for the Patriots, Browns, Ravens and now Saints. New Orleans hasn't made any contact yet, but it would be a fit as the they transition to a 3-4. When healthy, Harrison can still get after the quarterback as he enters his age-35 season.
Harrison to the Saints???

Harrison to the Saints???
Darren Sharper drank from the fountain of youth in New Orleans during the 2009 season.
so an old veteran who appears not to have it anymore becomes available again in the form of James Harrison... yay.
He hasn't played a full season since 2010. But he would help a defense who should take any help they can get.....
