LSUstudent2006 LSU Fan Member since Jun 2005 400 posts	Used Remington 870 worth buying? (Posted on 3/7/13 at 7:45 pm) A guy at work I know is offering his 870 Express for $200. He says it's about 2 years old and he's only put about 100 shells through it. But it has a few scratches on the stock from when he dropped it out of a tree. Is it worth buying or should I just spend the extra ~$100 and get it new at Academy? This would be my first shotgun.
