New restaurant coming to the Perkins Overpass area

Ice House Coal Fired Pizza and Pizzeria is set to open in the old Stella retail store. I am not so sure about this. It seems to be in direct competition with Schiltz and Giggles. I will try it for the beer selection though.

Good to hear, but the parking situation just got worse now. They wanted a fortune for that old building..know someone that wanted to buy it years ago.
