Nearly 60 acts are scheduled to play the three venues over the 16-night festival – most heading to and from Austin, with a few non-SXSW bands on national tours and a handful of locals performing their own showcases thrown into the mix.

And I agree. I look forward to more venues getting involved next year and making it even bigger
Can't wait for the Austin Lucas free show on the 18th

3 is a good start. Mud and Water has an impressive line up for being a relatively new venue.

He goes on at 8pm sharp. There's a rock and roll show later that night that they'll be taking a cover for at like 9:30

He's really great live
I've seen him embarrass loud mouths/cell phone talkers
It's an acoustic performer people, you can't try and talk over him
