Granted, I am thinner than damn near everyone on this board. I was at my heaviest in July and started running a lot and ran my first half marathon in January.

It was one of those work sponsored weight loss things and we just made it more interesting. I thought I was going to die trying to get under 150.

I use to drink 3 plus Cokes a day. Now I just drink one with dinner. That alone lost me 10 plus pounds. I skip lunch a lot too.
