back when i had my tacoma a few months ago, i ran seafoam thru it. Didn't produce any smoke from carbon deposits so I took it to mean that all the shell gas I put in my tank clean it pretty well. I load up on shell every time thanks to winn dixie.

You can't just pour it in the oil and fuel and have it smoke. Have to suck it into the upper intake somehow, like a vacuum hose.
I used the brake booster on my Tacoma because it was easy as hell. Not sure it got all of the way to the front, but it smoked for 10 minutes heavily and I ran it for 5 minutes after that with smoke. When I say heavily, I mean you can't see through it
