Good for Kevin and great for those kids. Kevin Faulk has such tremendous experience, and has seen what good coaching looks like. If he wants to coach kids after what he has done, more freaking power to him.

Has anyone found out if this is true or are we still waiting on confirmation? I'm very untrusting after this past week.

Yeah, it was a tough year having a 20 point lead on Barbe who made it to the finals this year, and making the finals themselves last year.

Faulk's not official, but it's getting ironed out, and I understand he could do it for 3 years without certification.

fwiw. Just because you played, doesn't mean you can coach!

Kevin Faulk bruh, KEVIN FAULK. basically made a most incredible NFL career out of being a 3rd down back.

How many years and how many rings? come on guy.

Wishing him the best but just because you can play doesn't mean you can coach! See Magic Johnson and Michael Jordan

Ownership is not the same as coaching...but I agree with your statement

I don't think this is true. I think there is a certification you can get to be a non-teaching coach.

I just spoke to someone close to the situation, they want him. He has a degree, but just needs his certification, because a head football coach cant be CECP. Hope it works out, that would probably really get a lot of energy into that program. Not that they haven't been good. Just a big shot in the arm.
