Streaming server software used in conjunction with Roku?

Someone here posted about some specific streaming software products used with their Roko. Can't seem to find the post through the search facility here. Did a google search and coming up with a confusing array of products. Any help appreciated.

I think it was plexi. I know nothing about it though.

I have used plex with good results.
I do not use it with roku however, I installed it on a PC where my video library resides.

It was probably me.
Plex is what I use. Then add unsupported app store. Will be able to add LetMeWatchThis channel which allows streaming.
