Just wanted to remind everyone that shooting crows is a fun way to pass the time till next hunting season. Gonna try to call up a yote when the crows get smart .

I love crow hunting but haven't been In a couple years.
They are much smarter than they look.
Glad Barney didn't take your badge after that last thread sheriff.

My front teeth were carved out, into a perfect curve, by the brass of an ejected 12 gauge shell, after a friend shot at a crow almost straight in the air...

Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore,
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door.

While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door.

I was standing behind and to the right of my friend when he shot an automatic almost straight up. The ejected shell came out horizontal and hit me dead even on the front two teeth and carved a perfect arch in my teeth. I didn't know they had been ht and thought I somehow got rocks in my mouth. It was my pieces of teeth that I spit out.
They have been repaired a number of times and my good friend is a dentist that gets the repair jobs. Last time we were going bow fishing and a friend threw me a debit card at the bank. It flew like a ninja star and hit my front teeth busting out the bondo...
