You have nothing to worry about unless you have a felony offense.

I know but the state police website says:
i.Read the arrest question carefully, as you must list all arrests, summons, and citations (except speeding citations) even if listed on a previous application. You must provide a certified true copy of all arrest dispositions with your application.

You should be able to go to the City of Baton Rouge's website, Clerk of Court and search arrest records. Then print out the information. I did this for a record in Shreveport. No problems with my CC application. Hell, I had to send in copies of 2 divorce decrees too.

I see where to do that on their site, but like most things employed by the city, it doesn't work

just go take the class at precision. they will give you all the paper work you need and tell you where it needs to go.

Call the Ebr clerk of court. Ask them to pull your file and tell then you need to pick up minutes or final disposition. They will tell you which courthouse to go to and also the amount. Mine was 10 bucks. Can't print it online because it has to be a certified true copy.

You can do it at the state police office here in BR. for 26 dollars.
