weed country - discovery channel on 11pm

I can't figure out whose dumber:

The guy who opened a medical marijuana dispensary in a downtown storefront without apparently bothering to check what the laws are and how to be in compliance with them. Now out on bail, trying to get a new supply of weed-on TV.

The farmers growing their stuff illegally out in the open- now on TV.

Or the sheriffs with their ar-15s, camo face paint, tactical gear, and helicopters running around all over spending all that time and resources trying to eradicate the big bad weed growers. Really like the guy with the general stars on his outit.

Good fricking point! I dont smoke, but Im leaning to the guy thats selling it. I would think that if he was in business loan enough with a storefront shop selling pot, that its legal by sate law, but the feds then came in..and now they are in camo....etc tracking it

The dumbest thing may be that he left that hot chick to pursue his pot dreams
then again, she prolly was with him for the money, and he has no other way or knowledge of how to make $
