Dinner vs. Supper

I still call the last meal of the day supper, not dinner. Dinner is the midday meal, not lunch. I'm tired of the old ways being discarded in favor of the pressures of citified wimpy folks.

Funny, I can't seem to fine the TV Supper section in any grocery store, EVER.

Dinner and supper are interchangeable for the last meal in the evening. Lunch is, well, lunch!

I know some will argue, but that's how I call it!

I don't think I've ever known anyone that called lunch "dinner"

Then why is a meal in between the "morning meal" and the "midday meal" called Brunch? If you were correct wouldn't it be called Brinner?

I say supper, but when someone says dinner I think of the same meal. Breakfast, Lunch, Supper/Dinner
