Ok I bring to the board a new breakfast/lunch eatery in Gonzales. Located on 621 just east of 44. Place is called Crossroads Cafe and Bakery.
My wife, daughter, and I just finished (still in here as we speak). Overall this place was very tasty. It has a wide variety of breakfast food. I had a breakfast burrito that was loaded with eggs and meat. My wife had the egg bake and it had eggs, onions, peppers, and more- incredibly good. My little girl had two blueberry pancakes and devoured them.
I was very impressed with such a new place- many of the kinks appeared to be worked out. The location is in an old house that was converted to a fit 13 four tops.
I always support local and hope this place does well. I did see a lunch menu that ha a variety of burgers and sandwiches.

I'm not aware of a hwy 631; do you mean 931? Or where 631 at?

Thanks Hulkamania- it was 621. Sorry. It is on 621 behind the Chevron that faces Hwy 44.

I hear they have some great weekday lunch specials, I work close by and plan to check out soon, I have heard very good things thus far

Yeah I am interested to see what the specials will be. It isn't the closest to my office on Hwy 30 but I occasionally meet with some MDs that work on Burnside.

Suppose to have a Facebook page with specials
Aguillard?, Holmes?, Adams? , what kind of biz you in?

I work at St. Elizabeth. I am in charge of data analytics including quality, satisfaction, and a host if other things. I actually have been spending more time with Wilks than Aguilard lately.

That's right, I remember talking to you in a thread about you working with aguilards office and satisfaction / wait times. I still think he is best in town, you might have to wait a while to see him, but once he is in room it makes up for the wait, and he does not rush you out.

We actually had a comment or two this weak about the perceived decrease in wait times. He has been improving throughput on Epic in recent months and his NP is now seeing an increased patient load.
I agree that he is a fantastic doc. We are very fortunate to have him.
