There appears to be a recent issue with Android phones not properly showing Photobucket images. Might be just affecting people with older version of Android OS.

Being reported on several other websites across the Internet:

Apparently, a temp fix for those with the issue is to use Opera browser.

Just FYI...

George, have you tried opera to see if you still get the issue?

Opera appears to have fixed the problem for me too.

Now, is there any way to get the old browser off my permanent apps at the bottom of my home screen? And put the opera tab in its place?

Hold your finger down on the app, a remove icon or trash icon should appear. Then drag it to the remove icon, this doesn't delete it but gets it off your home page. If you have a plus sign logo hit it or hold your finger in a blank spot to bring up apps to add to your home screen, then drag it into place.
