He just seems like such a big liability in the first round with that serious of health issues. If he is still there in the 3rd then no doubt.

you can't become elite without making some risky draft picks. bruce irvin, aldon smith, and JPP were all "questionable" high picks at the time. Look at them now.

I mean they weren't rated high due to injury, but hell. If he could play so well at Georgia, it's worth a risk right?

No way he drops that far unless his medical tests come back bad and his pro day is bad.

I still think he'd be a great value at 15.

If he is the only 100% healthy player skipping the combine and scouts saying he probably wont show well in the drills for the combine which is the same drills he will doing at his pro day, I'd say its a possibility.

This is quite possibly the dumbest logic I've ever heard.

trading back to pick up a 2nd rounder seems very probably now.

His spine issues is to big of a risk. If Mingo or Jordan is not there then i would take a NT in the first. I would take a chance on Oggltree in the third or second if we could pick up that second pick, but i dont think he falls that far plus SP would not take a chance on Oggletree becuse of his issues. Not in this city.

Ogletree isn't going to be anywhere close to that unless he gets another DUI.

If Mingo and Jordan are gone, I'd like to got T or DB.

There's no way he drops that low, even after the DUI. He's too big of a freak at middle linebacker. The Denver Broncos have always been unpredictable with the draft (outside of the Jarvis Moss and Von Miller picks, IMO), but I'd be overly excited if we chose him. We need to replace an old Keith Brooking.

Jordan is having injury issues of his own (out 3-4 months after shoulder surgery).

I'd definitely be down with JJ if he's there and we aren't too worried about his injury. He's got the great numbers to back up the potential (unlike Jordan/Mingo) and won't have to adjust to playing standing up (though I don't think Jordan/Mingo will have troubles with it).

Isn't he delaying surgery until after the NFL Combine? I think he's still running and doing stuff of that nature, but nothing upper body. Torn labrum.

You people saying that we should pass on him if he is still there at 15 are fricking crazy. I would cream my pants if we got him. His ceiling is far too high to pass up.

If he neck doesn't pass the doctor's tests we definitely should.
