Swap first round picks and give them Ingram and Bushrod, draft the Texas A&M LT w/ the overall #1 pick?

Just to give you an idea of the value, the Redskins traded 3 first round picks and one second round pick to move up 4 spots in last year's draft. I think it would cost a little more to move up to the number 1 pick from the number 15 pick.

How do you trade a player who isn't under contract to your team?
Maybe I missed that trick. If that works, package Bushrod, Casillas, Ellis, Devery, Humber, McBride, Roby, Shanle, and Danel and keep Ingram. Then again, maybe that's not enough.
Nominee for greatest draft related fail thread so far.
For anyone truly curious, to go from #15 to #1 would take all of our draft picks this year and about the first four picks next year. LINK
