Does anyone know if a blued bbl with iron sights and 16 1/2" long exists? I found a stainless bbl with iron sights and 18" long by Green Mountain, but it won't work for my build.
If I had to, I would get an 18" barrel, but I want to keep my rifle as compact as possible without registering as a sbr.

18 is the shortest I've ever seen.

Thanks for the link, but unless I just didn't see it, I didn't notice a barrel with sights on it. I'm sure there's a solution to my problem out there. I just have to keep looking.

I have a TacSol 16" on mine. No irons though. I honestly don't know why you would want irons on a bull barrel. A factory barrel is more than adequate for irons.

Try asking on rim fire central. You'll probably get better results.

Buy the barrel you want and install a Tech-sights.

I want the accuracy and look of a bull barrel and like having iron sights to fall back on if my red dot craps out.

The aesthetics part I get.

This confuses me. A red dot will be less accurate than the factory barrel, much less a bull barrel. Also, is this a defensive weapon? Maybe you know something that I don't and I need to put buis on all my rifles?

Nope. You're thinking too much into it. I have an extra 10/22. I have some extra cash. I want to do a project that in my head will be fun to shoot. That's all. My other one is set up for squirrels. Now I want one that has a different look and is fun.
