BCM throwing their hat in the ring with Barrett and others.

It looks like BCM will restrict law enforcement to the same products that civilians are allowed to own in their cities/states. BCM and DD have always been my favorite AR manufacturers...BCM may just have taken sole possession of first place.

They're a 200 person company in Illinois. Their name is recognizable, but they're not exactly a big player anymore.

Not that I've heard.
Just guessing -- DD has huge military contracts -- they may be afraid to alienate the Obama administration.
This isn't a slam at DD -- I just bought a new DD carbine two weeks ago.
It would be great if they have joined (or would join)the boycott.
