Is it really "unhealthy"? It's vitamins so one would think its healthy!!

Not sure if or how they've modified it since the big hoopla a few years ago about how much sugar it had in it (it was a ton .. basically glorified sugar water), but I do know that a court ruled in 2010 that they could no longer advertise that it had "health benefits."

I had heard something like that its not healthily so just curious which was better vitamin water or powerade or Gatorade

There was an insane amount of sugar in each bottle. I've been seeing move of the sugar free bottles in stores recently.
