Would put a curve to his hat bill. Obviously he would have to take the tape off. Like putting baseballs in a glove and stuffing it under the mattress when you were a kid to "break in" a baseball glove.

What? I thought you meant to just keep the bill flat and just put tape on it...I thought that was weird. But putting tape on the bill to bend the bill, makes sense!
