So now he is campaigning against his own proposal, a proposal he signed, and now police will be fired, kids will go hungry, and old folks will be tossed out of bed.
And of course the media won't challenge anything he says.

So it is $85 B in cuts, but the automatic spending increases increased the budget from last year to this year how much? More than $85B...
