| USDA; Government seminar, 'sensitivity training'. OUTRAGEOUS! (Posted on 2/18/13 at 10:20 am)
Listening on Beck. Quote "repeat after me" (gov teacher)...the Pilgrims were illegal immigrants". And..."repeat after me...thank you black folks". I hope somebody will run with this and score a Link. God almighty...'animal farm' in the wings.

I wouldn't have repeated that; it's not true. There wasn't even a government at the time, much less a law governing immigration.

..."repeat after me...thank you black folks".
For what? And why no "thank you white folks?" eta: or brown folks, or red folks, or yellow folks What a load of crap.

First off, the Indians weren't unified or did they have any form of centralised government. Nor did they have official territorial boundaries. Add on to that that many were nomadic and each tribe warred against the other. Plus, with their belief system in Mother Earth and such, they probably didn't claim any ownership of earth anyway?

I heard those pilgrims could turn around a new roof in a day.

Don't know. But TV chef Jeff Smith did programs on how the colonists cooked food. He got canceled when he was arrested for child molestation. A shame. He was the Alton Brown of the 70s.

I think this is a move on Michell's infamous "we need to change our history..." remark. The one where we all looked at each other and wondered WTF. We now realize that she/they are dead serious, in changing the positive light in which we view our country's history as being one of...basically evil. Same thing they are teaching the younguns in public schools. It is an attack on Invidiual (economic) Freedom, the Constitution and Capitalism. On a sidenote, I remember Rush mentioning Tony Kushner the other day; and Kushner's term "psychotic individualism". Kushner will win the Oscar for screenwriting "Lincoln". Hell, the clearer this stuff becomes, the more obvious it is that the division is so great, that it will be impossible to resolve differences in any form of political discourse. Makes me glad I'm 62, lived in a good time, and heading out the back door. "Psychotic individualism"
