Turkey Cheese

My son wants some Turkey Cheese so I'm making some for him.......


Let's get those ingredients together.......



Put it in a big stock pot and bring it to a boil for a couple hours.....





More pics to come, still have an hour or so till all my meat is ready to debone. I'll update latet

interesting...never heard of this before...I assume we are talking about some kind of loaf made with turkey and vegetables, correct?...

I get the feeling I am about to learn something...

Pretty much same thing as Hog Head Cheese but made with turkey.

Heres another pic.....



Just need to cook a little more liquid out and put it into some shallow dishes...... then we going to eat it on some crackers!

Can you give us a recipe for that? I've never heard of it, either, but it sounds interesting. I love turkey.

so, once in the small dishes, it will solidify so you can slice it?....

Yes, once you cool it for a few hours in the fridge it congiles from the fat and gelatin then you eat it on crackers
