I'd go for grilled oysters at Mansur's in the bar myself.

What about Digiulio's?

Both small and Italian and very popular here. Should check for reservations though. They're very popular.

Not sure of the setup for putting a newborn somewhere. Do you ask for a 4 top?

depends..if my wife wraps the baby up in the moby wrap then probably not..but if we bring in the whole car seat carrier, probably..

you would need reservations for lunch?? thats when we are going is lunch time..

Probably not for lunch at Nino's. don't know about the other. It's pretty busy. I'm not sure if its open for lunch on Saturday. Check the dining guide. Has good info.

Nino's is good and you'd be able to visit and enjoy your meal there. If you haven't been, now seems to be a good time to try an off the beaten path restaurant. If the new mother likes Italian, you already know, she should get her pick hormones in action and all.

Is Gino's open for lunch? Plenty of non Italian choices there.

I don't think nursing a baby at an 8 top hibachi table is appropriate.

But what do I know.
