Looking to buy some farmland in Louisiana within
1 1/2 hours from Alexandria. Would like to find 500-700 acres but would consider any amount over 200acres

If my spot gets posted I am going to be quite upset. Good luck though.

Check on the Brown Realty website, they're out of Rayville, a good friend of the family is a broker for them and handles most of the stuff in our area... Pretty sure there's a couple of pieces of farm property for sale here around the Jonesville/Monterey area

Ole Tauntons, that place has feed my hung over arse many a time after a hunt.

Actually not from there but hunt there an know a decent amount of ppl from there, including the owners of Tts.

I will own a chunk of land up there soon.

Well come on up brotha we'll be glad to have you I'm actually from the south Catahoula side of Black River myself but we all just kinda run right in together in this neck of the woods. everyone is either a cousin or related by marriage or you've known them and their family your whole life.... And nothing soaks up beer better than a Taunton's pizza stick, but a Y-Not-Stop toaster sammich runs a close race

Haha never thought I'd see Taunton's mentioned on here. We frequent this place for breakfast before going hunting

Family of mine. And there is a little farmland not farm from Taunton's in Monterey that I am partial owner in that I'm sure we could part with.

Zap, I'm sure we must know each other. I'm from just south of Jonesville, and live at Parhams now.

The guy crawfishing on the side of me just got a great job offer and may be letting that land go.not sure the acreage but I would guess in the 200+ range. He's catching decent crawfish too but the job offer is 6 figures and easy work. I live between Eunice and Iota. About an hour from Alec.
