Baseball 5 for $5 Promotion

So the ticket office has 5 midweek games they are promoting as 5 for $5 to commemorate the 5 year anniversary of the new Box.
Yet of you go to order one ticket online, your total is $9. So promoting for $5, then charge an 80% LSU ticket tax.
Ridiculous.

Ticketmaster created the copycat league mentality. "Fees" are just out of control these days.

The same folks that brought you the "Free Tickets" for the LSU Spring Football games that you were charged $1 per piece for if you wanted to order online.

Go to the ticket office and buy them. It costs LSU money for you to be able to buy tickets online. So of course that charge is going to be passed on the consumer. It's called a convenience charge because its convenient for you to sit at your computer and buy tickets.

And its free for LSU if you pick it up? The ticket office was built and is powered by donated bricks and mortor and supplied with free electricity

LSUs surcharges suck. Their fee is 25%, that is ridiculous. 5-10% i could see. But it sucks that you have to pay $10 per extra football ticket and $2.50 per extra baseball ticket if you go through LSU

Yeah just buy those when you get there. I GUARANTEE those games will not be sold out.

where are these $5 tickets located as far as section? are all seats $5 or just specific sections?
