Rubio doesn't scare the D's. That awkward water drink assured them that most of the superficial idiot americans will not vote for him. It isn't about substance anymore. It is about cool.

Would love to see the GOP nominate Rubio for President and Alan West for VP and stick it up the Dem's ass, and watch pathetic loser jackasses like Chris Matthews try to defend attacking Latino and African-American candidates.

He thinks that the Earth is only a few thousand years old. That means that paleontologists around the world have been pulling off the biggest scam for a century or God put fossils into the ground because he / she thought it would be cool to F with us. Yes, he scares me all right...

You will never get a meaningful response much less with a link; from any of the NY and NJ trolls that are most likely cyber warriors for Obama.

Romney lost when he did not pick him as VEEP. Would have gave him both Fl. and Virgina and swung enough of the brainwashed young votes who like to try new things ( Latino hmm yup lets try it PASS THE JOINT ) Also the Latino vote would shift just enough , with the leftist propagandist media in play Romney had to hit a home run and the guy from Wisc. though a great man of honor, was a horrendous choice.

Age of Earth is a Mystery
quote:
Whether the Earth was created in 7 days, or 7 actual eras, I’m not sure we’ll ever be able to answer that. It’s one of the great mysteries.
To be fair, he "clarified" his statement several weeks later (didn't catch it til I looked it up now) and I know he was pandering with the first answer, but he should really have his belief in reality shored up by now. That and his being gay is a sin (more pandering) stance kinda makes him a difficult guy to like or put any faith in.

At least Obama was in the neighborhood, and if you can't see the diff between messing up some numbers and an affirmation of a fairy tail then you are beyond help... Rubio is obviously pandering, and from his voting record and other things he says I don't think that he believes the Earth is only a few thousand years old or that being gay is a sin... its just troubling that he's willing to pander so hard that he will legislate and make statements that affirm them.

From your link:
quote:
“I’m not a scientist, man. I can tell you what recorded history says, I can tell you what the Bible says, but I think that’s a dispute amongst theologians and I think it has nothing to do with the gross domestic product or economic growth of the United States,” Rubio told GQ. “I think the age of the universe has zero to do with how our economy is going to grow. I’m not a scientist. I don’t think I’m qualified to answer a question like that.”
So again, when did he say the earth was only few thousand years old? He didn't. You lied.

Where the frick did he ever say anything other than the age of the Earth is a mystery? You know what? It fricking is! Scientist estimate an approx age. There isnt a scientist around that would bet his life on it though. There is scientific theory and scientific fact. Thus the need for scientific law and hypothesis. Just over 100 years ago the number that "scientists" believed to be true was 20-400million years. Now that number is 4.54 billion. Using the "latest" technology. In another 100 years that number will likely move again.
