I think it's very cool. For obvious reasons, I am all about Team Nike. Hate that Dortmund ditched them for Puma

I still find it hilarious how Messiah gets sponsored by Adidas but Barca is Nike and how CR7 gets sponsored by Nike and Real is sponsored by Adidas

Well, I am no marketing genius but I doubt a club's sponsorship has a big impact on the brand a player signs on for. Don't know if CR7 was Nike at Sporting prior to ManU (Nike), but yeah, he was Nike at ManU prior to Madrid.

I really hope the rumors that Arsenal are switching to Adidas don't come to fruition.

on top of Bayern having been with adidas for over 50 years, i'm pretty sure adidas owns 10% of the club. Bayern will never switch. I don't mind it, adidas usually gives FCB some of the best kits they make.

Germany once agreed to terms with Nike for their kits, until public outrage forced the DFB to renegotiate for a better deal with adidas.

I think that's how I'd feel if the USMNT switched to Adidas. I'm all for free markets, etc., but Nike is an American brand. I don't blame the Germans for wanting their German company to clothe their national team.

Too bad the other two Warrior kits for Liverpool were ugly.

United States wore adidas until 1995. adidas is a soccer company first as is Puma.
