North Dakota. He has the accent to go with it. Trust me, there plenty of people from LA and MS up here. I've seen more than one person at the man camp with one of those ankle bracelets that doesn't come off. Cops showed up last night bc some guys were shitfaced and fighting. They got the boot. There is also a nightly patrol to make sure no one passes out in their truck from the bar. Apparently they have already had a few cases of hypothermia from that ETA: thanks Venture.
